Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Nickel. My foster family calls me Nick or Nicky for sort. I am a lovable guy. I am young and full of energy. I am fun and friendly. I have very soft fur and stubby legs. I have very sweet eyes and long ears. I am very healthy and a good weight.
I love to play with the other foster dog here in my foster home. Mac and I run like crazy in the back yard and chew Nylabones together. I sleep in a crate at night and in the daytime when foster family is out. I am a great eater and scarf down my food in seconds flat. I have not had any accidents since I arrived at my foster home which makes my foster family very happy. I haven’t met any cats or kids so foster mom will get back to you on that. My foster family said I can use some manners. I do agree with them, I just get so excited when I smell food or hear the treat jar opening. I do a happy jumping dance when I know I should sit nice and wait my turn. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t get nasty I just don’t want to be left out.
If I don’t have a dog friend in my new family, be prepared to play with me, have plenty of things for me to chew on and a spot on the couch for me.
I can’t wait to ring in the New Year with my new family. Love, Nickel
