My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fostered in Catonsville. Caesar is a handsome little beagle mix who was turned in to the shelter by his owner who no longer wanted him.

By all accounts this sweet boy is a pleasant fellow--outgoing, human bonded, long ago neutered, and has house manners. He has no idea why the family he loved has abandoned him, but he would like to find himself in the bosom of a family that will love him forever.
