Friendly's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Friendly's Story...
Friendly is just that, Friendly! He absolutely lives up to his name. He is playful, yet would love a lap to put his head on while just lounging around. He is smart and very eager to please the person he’s with. Friendly is 7 yrs old and does not want to spend anymore time in a cage. Can't you be his angel and give him his freedom back?

Friendly would do best as an only pet in the house and no small children because he can be possessive of his food.

Friendly is about 7 years old, neutered, vaccinated, micro chipped and heartworm tested negative. If you would like to meet our friendly boy, come meet him at 2 Rider Place, Freeport NY 11520; 516-378-4340 between the hours of 11am – 7pm.

For immediate consideration, please download our application from www.bobbiandthestrays.org and email it to Adopt@bobbicares.org Thank you so much!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Friendly, a Freeport Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Freeport, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Freeport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Freeport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Freeport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Freeport paves the way for another one to be saved.
