Indy's Story...
Not as outgoing as her counterpart Easton, Indy is still a very confident kitten. We estimate her birthday to be sometime mid October. She's a sweet playful cat that purrs the second you pick her up. When Easton runs around sporadically in the Boutique, she explores at a more cautious pace. Not shy by any means, simply compared to crazy Easton she's the more reserved. Where did she get the name? Well Easton and Indy are special to us. We rescued them to be the first residents of the new Eastside Pawtropolis Kitty City. Indy short for Indian Hills Drive which runs along side our property. Her and Easton definitely make wonderful greeters when people stop by.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Indy, a Bogart Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bogart, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Bogart.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bogart already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bogart breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bogart paves the way for another one to be saved.
