My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

January 6, 2014lucy

Lucy is quite the sweetheart and a great listener. She sits, stays, lays down, high fives, promptly on command. She will only get on the furniture if she is asked to come up. Lucy absolutely adores other people. When home she will play with braided ropes, kong, tennis balls and other toys. She will also lay still and be curled up next to you. She can adjust to play or rest quickly

She originally lived as an only dog in her previous home. We have been socializing her with small dogs, big dogs, males and females. Sometimes she can get a little overwhelmed if there is too much energy from a dog or group of dogs, but she adjusts very well once she is familiar with the other dogs and has met them a time or two. She comes with me to our friends home who has 2 miniature schnauzers and a Yorkie and she does very well. She also has visited a female black lab for an overnight and had a husky stay the weekend at her place..

She absolutely loves to fly through the air with her Frisbee. She could chase after that thing all day long if you let her.

Lucy is being fostered in Michigan, for more information please see her webpage; http://mwbcr.org/ourfosterdogspages/fosterdoglucy.html
