Meet JayCee, She is a 2 year old Miniature Pinscher, and when we say miniature she only weighs 6lbs. Jaycee is a love bug that wants nothing more than to snuggle up in a blanket in your lap, or cuddle up in the bed. She is crate trained, house trained and uses the doggie door great but will also potty on the leash like a champ. Jaycee is great with other dogs of all sizes and doesn't mind cats, but will likely try to play with them. She is not a real high energy girl, but does enjoy toys and several play sessions a day and will be content snuggling the rest of the time.
Jaycee came into rescue with an eye condition called entropion in which her eyelids rolled under and caused irritation to her cornea. She has had surgery to correct this condition, but suffers from chronic dry eye as a result. This does not slow her down any, but does require over the counter rewetting drops be put into her eyes several times daily.
Jaycee does require a securely fenced in yard for her protection, as she does tend to wander off if let out off leash.
