Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We got a super sweet 9 months old Beagle boy from our vet.
Boomer aka Bo needs a Beagle-Lover foster or forever home.
The reason for the owner to put him to sleep is food aggression.....
My first thought:
Poor misunderstood Beagle....
He is still pretty young, sooner or later everything is trainable.
Then of course, he is a Beagle, he claps his name for food and treats. And a Beagle is stubborn mixed with love and fun.
Ok, so far so good, I can put my hand over his food, I can remove his bowl and his only reaction is a waggin tail, he is excited and sometimes he tries to push my hand away BUT there is no sign of any aggression.
Same with treats, he gets very exited with treats but he sits with happy tail like a young goofy pup.
He is housebroken and friendly with other dogs in the same yard.
Boomer's adoption fee is $90 and incl neuter, shots, deworming, microchip and frontline treatment
