Lexie is a cute little happy happy pup, she loves everyone lives with big dogs older kids and an old cat
At 5 months old she weighs about 10 pounds and pretty much full grown has not grown much
Lexie is crate trained mostly potty trained and loves to play fetch with tennisballs
She loves to play with any size dog as long as they are friendly but we would prefer a smaller to med size dog so she won't get hurt playing
she is much smaller then the pictures show the body of a Italian Greyhound with the color and headshape of the Dachshund
Lexie was never in a pound and always loved has no hang ups and looking for a furry playmate that is happy and friendly like herself and someone must be home during the day and have time for her
If kids for Lexies sake over 8 years best and well behaved and kind to animals
Lexie loves being held and carried and give lots of kisses sitting on your lap
Loves attention and does well with small and medium size dogs as well as our large dogs (but are not looking to adopt her to anyone with a large dog for Lexies sake) Seems to enjoy cats also. Is a great rider in the car. Still working on a leash training

looking for a good fenced yard to romp in but must be indoor dog and become part of the family
She is almost potty trained using dog door but adopter must watch and ensure there's a routine as a pup her age will never be fully potty trained yet without accidents
UTD on shots (3 shots), clean flea free, started on HW prevention
Lexie can go to a home as only dog but only if you have lots of time to play with her and have playdates with friendly other dogs a few times a week
Lexie is fairly active but not hyper a great little gal and not a yipper
