My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello World,
My name is Olivia and I am a darling little bichon girl who is four years old and weighs 11 pounds. My foster mom says that I’m a little imp who is charming, sweet, joyful and about as cute as I can be. I get along well with other dogs, am a fast learner and very trusting. Sometimes I can be a little on the shy side initially but I'm always loving, a good listener and a great snuggler!
Mom says I’m also a very well behaved little girl. When I go to her office to visit, everyone comments on how sweet and quiet I am. I never make a peep – and am content to simply watch what is going on. I can also be very playful. When Mom makes the bed and has it 'just perfect' I like to jump into it, ‘arrange’ the pillows then roll on them and smile at her. (She says I’m so cute that she can’t do anything but smile back!)
I like to romp in the back yard, and play with my squeaky toys. I didn’t have toys before I came to my foster mom, and I love to throw them up in the air and catch them. And if Mom plays fetch with me, I know if I bring it back to her she’ll keep playing!
Since becoming a furkid I’ve learned how to walk on a leash, and now I can go the distance! I’ve decided that riding in the car can be fun too. Mom says I don’t want to be left behind so please bring me with you as I’m a little angel.
I’m a pretty feminine little girl who is cute, cuddly and can also hold my own with my doggy foster brother. Mom says I’m not a wallflower. (I don’t know exactly what that means because I’m not a flower at all, silly Mom!)
When I first became a furkid, I was really scared of almost everything. Noises and people scared me. I’ve learned that people are kind and noises are not going to hurt me. I love being with children and they love me back, but cats are another story…not my cup of tea! There is no doubt that I’ve come a long, long way – and with a gentle, patient family I will grow even more.
I’ve made SO much progress with my foster family – and I will continue to do so in a mellow, loving environment. Although I would love a home with another furkid, I would also be happy if I’m the only dog in my forever family.
My aunties agree that I’m a little package of love that will bring pure devotion to the person who takes the time to win my heart. So, if you are looking for a little love bug with tons of promise who wants to please, complete our application and ask for me. I’ll be waiting to meet you.
Tail wags and kisses,
Outstandingly Adorable Olivia
