I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Sassy's Info...

I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sassy's Story...
Sassy was owner released to RAC in the fall. She's a petite kitty and absolutely gorgeous!

Sassy is aptly named and loves to hear her own voice! Sassy loves people and she loves to play with toys. She would not be good with small children or dogs.

Sassy would love a quiet home as probably an only cat; however, she is sharing space with other cats in her foster home. and she does fine as long as they realize she is the boss and treat her accordingly.

She has become much more trusting of new people, and enjoys attention from cat savvy adults, teens & tweens during adoption days.

She likes affection on her own terms, and will seek her person out for petting and head butts. She will never be a lap cat, but is good company and quite the conversationalist.

All adoptable pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. For more information about adoption, please contact Camp Companion at 507-951-7801, www.campcompanion.org, or find us on Facebook!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sassy, a Rochester Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Rochester, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Rochester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester paves the way for another one to be saved.
