Zane is a 10 week old Catahoula/Shepherd mix pup with beautiful gray/green eyes and fabulous markings. He is a friendly outgoing puppy, very people oriented and loves to be part of the pack. Zane does very well with large dogs and played well with his brother before his brother was adopted. He sleeps in a crate at night without fussing, and is working hard on his housetraining. Zane was rescued from a rural Tennessee shelter after his mother was found abandoned and locked in a horse trailer, and was brought to the shelter there as part of a cruelty investigation. He spent the first few weeks of his life there with his littermates before being rescued and brought to foster homes. Zane has been in his foster home now for two weeks and is learning all about living inside with a family and learning the ropes. Zane will likely be a medium to large size dog when fully grown, with a medium length coat. He would do well in an active environment with multiple dogs and children.
