Hello World,
My name is Herbie and I am a sweet and spunky little (only ten pounds) bichon of one who is affectionate, playful and friendly – and comes in a very cute package!
Mom says I LOVE to play and am a very active boy. She says I am also pretty entertaining. Mom gave me this plush toy that looks like a little lamb. I love to throw it in the air and run to catch it (sometimes I look to see if Mom is watching to see how cute I am!) Dad says I’m a little shy around him but I’m learning. You see he is a big guy and I’m a little one so I need to learn that bigger people can be kind and loving to little guys, too!
I love to ride in the car and go on my walks -- but my favorite thing to do is snuggle when my walks are over. (Mom says I love being near you but I am still a youngster so I snuggle for a while then need to go and find something else to do (or someone to play with!)
Mom says I am learning to be housebroken (I really want to be a good boy and I didn’t think I had broken anything in the house but this is all very new to me!) and that I want to devote myself to someone. She says I am very happy to be with her and will follow her from room to room.
While I really like, and am most comfortable with are women – but a gentle man may be able to steal my heart as well. Because so many things are new to me, I discover something new every day. Why someday I might even meet an elephant or a giraffe… but for now, learning my way around the house and yard is good enough.
Mom says I would do best in a home where I can be the only dog and receive lots of love
and attention. Dad says a home with someone who likes to go on walks and wants a little buddy to go on rides would be ideal.
