found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.
Cali was found in a hording situation in North Carolina. She was in a home with dozens of boxers stacked in crates throughout the entire house, including the closets.
A nice woman saved her and paid to have her flown to California. Cali was about 2.5 years old at that time and unsprayed. Her owner took her in for her spay and, for reasons unknown, Cali died on the table. She was miraculously brought back to life, but went without oxygen for a number of minutes. Her owner says she has some quirks which may be due to the experience. Her tongue sticks out sometimes and she will cross in front of you when walking at times. Seems many Boxers do the same. Her owner went through a divorce and had to move from large home to tiny apartment. Cali is wonderful with kids, event the smallest, all she wants to do is kiss them. She is the perfect hang out partner for any family looking for a mellow and very deserving Boxer girl.
Cali is not at BRLA, and if you would like to meet her please mention he by name on your adoption application so we can set up a meeting.
