Bessie is a sweet and beautiful girl. She knows how to sit but was a little too excited during her photo - shoot (and 1st chance to get outside in a week) to stay while sitting. Bessie is a 1 year old, 47 pound female. The shelter lists Bessie's breed as a Hound mix, but it is more likely she is an Australian Cattle Dog/Collie mix, or something of the like. As you can see from her video, she is good with other dogs and playful! This sweet girl would like a chance at a forever home! Bessie came to the shelter as a lost/stray on December 31st and is currently available for adoption. Bessie is up to date with shots, is now spayed, heartworm tested negative, and will be micro-chipped upon adoption. Bessie is in cage 854 and her ID is 562693.
