Our adorable little lady Penny would love to know what a loving, caring home is all about. Penny came to us with three of her friends from the south when they were turned into a shelter there. They were a backyard breeder's dogs who had no more use for them, so he brought them to a place where they hardly stood a chance. They are happy to be with us now and in good hands. Penny must have had a home at some point before she fell into the hands of the breeder, because she is well socialized, outgoing, super friendly and just loves everyone. Penny is about 9 years old and is the motherly one of the bunch, although we don't know if she actually is the mother to the other little beagles. She runs around with a big smile on her face, cleaning the others and checking on them. She is very affectionate and just loves other dogs. Once in a while, Penny will become a little shy if you reach for her too quickly, so she would prefer a more quiet home where she could relax. Penny would make a wonderful addition to any loving, caring home, and she is anxious to start her life over again. Please give our little Penny the home of her dreams! File#23215 1/4/14
