Bo is about 4 years old. He is 58lbs. I am not sure if he is all Border Collie but he sure does look like it, so I put he may have some Aussie in there both similar breeds.
Bo was in AC for over 2 weeks. He kept getting looked over despite is loving sweet natured personality because of severe dental work needing done. This guy will fall to the ground for a year old baby to play with and roll on his back for his tummy rub, then get up and want to play ball all while his teeth were causing him sever pain.
In 23 years they never had a more severe case of dental work. Bo came up laid on their lap and put his paw out to say, please, help me. Well it worked! It cost us a fortune but our baby Bo is well and pain free. They said severe trauma...either he fell off a truck or was kicked in the face alot or by force, bat etc. I am not going to say what I think of the cowards who did this to him...this is Bo's time to shine and find him a loving home.
This is the most passive dog ever. Loving sweet and I would trust him with kids, other dogs. He is with a tiny 2lb foster right now. He is the one intimidated. Bo wants to be near you. He is a great partner in the car. I only notice he drools a little, not too bad.
This guy makes you happy to help. I cannot wait to help him find his forever home and keep my promise no one will EVER hurt him again. So I am looking for a person, family who can help me take Bo to the finish line. Offer him a warm home, heart and be as loyal as he is.
He honestly amazes me his spirit knowing what he has been through. I am not sure I would give humans another chance. Thats why animals always keep me in awe. They are pure, and would give up living with a king to have love. And Bo has one of those big hearts. Already forgiven who did this to him and just a happy man.
