I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Sassy's Info...

I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

Sassy's Story...
I am a beautiful spayed tortoiseshell female kitten. I was trapped when 3 months old, spayed, microchipped for identification, and vaccinated for rabies and FVRCP. Rather than returning me to a busy parking lot in Bryan, I get to live in a foster home so I can be socialized and find a indoor home with people to love me and keep me safe.

I would like a home where there is another cat or cats for me to hang out with like I have in my foster home. I would do best in a quiet home without young children. I may need a little extra time to settle in to my new home but if you are patient with me I will learn to trust you and return your affection.

My adoption fee is $60 and I can be seen most Saturdays at the College Station Petco or Petsmart. Check the BCS Spay facebook page or email BCSSpayDay@gmail.com to find out where we will be doing adoptions this weekend, or we can arrange for you to meet me most evenings.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sassy, a College Station Calico cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in College Station, or seeking a Calico cat from a breeder in College Station.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in College Station already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a College Station breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in College Station paves the way for another one to be saved.
