Mollie's Story...
Hey! Here is a little bit about Mollie :) She is a six year old great pyrenees. She is spayed and up to date on her vaccines. She is a bit unsure of large dogs, but gets along great with small dogs and cats. She lived with three cats and a small dog in her previous home. She barks when she is unsure of her surroundings but takes verbal correction well. She walks very well with a head halter and knows basic obedience commands, and is a well mannered girl. She has been around kids but is a bit big for small kids. Molly loves attention and affection! She is a big teddy bear who wants someone to love her forever. Molly is used to being alone during the work week and is completely house trained. She has never been in a kennel and does fine out during the day with no messes.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mollie, a Saskatoon Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in Saskatoon, or seeking a Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Saskatoon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saskatoon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saskatoon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saskatoon paves the way for another one to be saved.
