Hi! My name is Patches. I am 11 months old and about 22 inches tall, but I am not a heavy girl, as I like to watch my weight, so I only weigh about 45lbs. I am in great shape and love to run and play. I love other dogs and have a blast racing around the backyard with my foster siblings, and playing at doggie daycare. But once I'm done playing with my friends, I want nothing more than to curl up on my dog bed, or get some belly rubs from my foster mom.
I am house trained and crate trained, though I am also very good in the house when I am not in my crate. I don't chew on anything except for my toys, and I haven't even tried to go shopping on the kitchen counters. I sleep on my dog bed at night and don't try to get on my foster moms' bed uninvited. I am also not much of a barker, and don't use my voice very often. My foster mom says that I am a very good girl :)
I know some basic commands, but need to practice some more to really get everything down pat. I do need to work on my leash walking, as I really like to explore and tend to pull on the leash while trying to check things out. But my foster mom is teaching me how to walk politely and I'm trying really hard to learn.
I would love an active family who like to go for walks and play lots :) I am a very sweet, pretty girl who is easy to live with and I love everyone I meet.
