My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lannie (or Laddie as his foster parents call him) came into GREAT's foster care program on 1/3/14. He is being fostered with a sheltie and 3 greyhounds and is getting along with them fine. His foster parents also have chickens and rabbits in a hutch; those are of too much interest to him still after a month, so his ideal pet home will consist only of dogs.



This gentle boy does enjoy being the center of attention when he is able. He plays with toys and throws them. He is a klepto with toys, so it is important that his future home have dogs who are not possessive of their toys. He enjoys a good run in the large fenced back yard competing with the 2 year old male greyhound.



Lannie has counter surfed only once during this first month in a home, and the banana bread was left in range of his nose and mouth! He crates well. The foster home is tile and he negotiates that without difficulty. He is going to be a great companion for his forever family!
