Elmo has never gotten on any of my furniture or chewed up anything. He has been the perfect house guest. He has discovered the big fluffy dog beds that appears just before bedtime each night and boy has he become really fond of them.
Elmo had never when for drive in the car and getting him in was quite a nightmare. We have been working on this for sometime now and he doesn't mind riding and is okay once he's in the car but is still a little hesitant about getting in.
Elmo hadn't had much leash training and at first walked in 10 foot circles. Guess he was just so used to only having 10 foot to walk before turning the corner in the kennel. He is doing really good on leash. Does still pull a little but is doing better every time he's leashed.
Elmo will come up to be petted but is not a real snuggy huggy kinda fellow. He is very loyal and will be right there with you and I'm sure with some time and patience he could become a snuggle bug.
Elmo graduated from the "New Leash on Life" program at the local prison where he spent 8 weeks being trained. He knows sit and stay really well.
Elmo is neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative and on prevention.
