This young boy has had a hard start to life. Abandoned to the streets, he was found trying to survive with a group of ferals. Having been injured, he was taken in by a good Samaritan who subsequently could not afford the expense to treat him. Miraculously for George, a FCRT volunteer was on hand at the right time and place to rescue him. The injury has healed well and he is very healthy. He loves to play (loves his rolling toys, mice, feather, rope, and his personal cat tree made especially for him), also likes the laser pointer gadget. We think he would do best as an indoor/outdoor cat, or even a 'barn' or 'garage cat' because he prefers to be seen than cuddled. This requires is a safe outdoor area, with the the ability to confine him for a few weeks until he acclimates to his new area. Contact us if you have interest in a cat like George!
