Ethel's Story...
M13-258
Ethel and her brother, Fred, were early fall kittens born to a feral mom who never seemed to stop having babies until one day she just disappeared. Rescued and brought inside by the colony caregiver, these kids have had excellent care that included many weeks in a great foster home with other felines and some small friendly dogs. Ethel's markings are unusual and are typical of a lilac point Siamese X; she also has the long, lean body and shapely head that suggests that ancestry. She will be a stunning adult. Friendly and playful, they are now about 14 weeks old and are definitely ready for their new FOREVER HOME. They are offered as INSIDE ONLY, and have completed medical work which includes negative FIV/FELV, the kitten immunization series, a rabies shot, wellness check, and of course their spay/neuter surgery. Watch for Ethel at Twin Falls PetSmart soon, or email us or call our local volunteer at 208-543-6193 for more information. It will be a lucky family who takes home Ethel.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ethel, a Buhl Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Buhl, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Buhl.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buhl already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buhl breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buhl paves the way for another one to be saved.
