My story

Maggie’s adoption fee is $350.

Maggie is a wonderful little 4 year old, approximately 15 pound Shih Tzu. She’s spayed, micro chipped, up to date with her vaccines and with lovely teeth from a recent dental. She was surrendered due to a family issue and was a well loved and cared for pet. Maggie is most happy when she has another dog to play with, although big dogs can intimidate her. She is currently in a foster home with dogs her own size and smaller. She rides well in the car and the groomer said she was a delight to work on.

The best time of the day for Maggie is whenever she is outside for a walk - the longer the better! When she wants your attention Maggie will grumble and chatter, but only barks if someone comes to the door. She would be an ideal second dog in a household with another small dog, as she adapts well. Maggie is a well trained, happy dog looking for her forever family – could it be yours?
