I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Wilma's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, declawed, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Wilma's Story...
Wilma is one sweet lady! She was trapped when our adoption coordinator was tring to trap a feral at her farm for TNR. Instead of the big feral male that was expected, little skinny, declawed Wilma had found her way into the trap!

Wilma is an adult, likely around 5-7 years old and seems to be in good health. She is gaining back the weight she had lost while fending for herself outside and would love to get back into a home. She is spayed, front declawed and up to date on vaccines.

Wilma is very affectionate and loves people. She seems to do well with other quiet, respectful cats and may adjust well to mellow dogs. She would love a quiet home where she gets lots of love and attention. Wilma would be a great pet for a retired couple or someone who works from home!

Like all our cats, Wilma is FELV/FIV and Heartworm tested negative, has received age appropriate vaccinations, has or will be microchipped, has had fecal testing and been dewormed, and is current on flea and heartworm preventative.
All cats and kittens over 4 months of age have been sterilized.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wilma, a Ann Arbor Calico cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Ann Arbor, or seeking a Calico cat from a breeder in Ann Arbor.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ann Arbor already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ann Arbor breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ann Arbor paves the way for another one to be saved.
