Hidey-ho, I’m Theo! I am a spunky 8-month-old bully boy and I’m looking for my forever family. I tip the scale at 43 pounds (and will probably grow a little more) but I’m healthy, neutered, and heartworm-free! I came to CEBR through Project New Beginnings and I’m so happy I did- check out my smile!
Despite the rocky beginning to my life, I am making the most of my fresh start! I sleep in my crate like a good boy and I even go potty outside with my foster brothers. Speaking of those guys, they are my best pals! I love to wrestle and play with toys, especially tug-of-war. I have to burn that puppy energy somehow!
My foster parents call me “handsome” with all of my spots, but my spots give me superpowers! My ears are covered in freckled spots, which explains my supersonic hearing. I know right away when a treat bag is rustled, the refrigerator open, or my foster brothers trying to keep a secret from me. My spotted “eyebrows” help me see- I notice all the toys that have rolled under the couch, I keep an eye on the neighborhood by looking out the window, and I don’t let a piece of food go to waste. My favorite spot is the big target on my rump- it tells the humans where to scratch and pet me!
I am working on using my powers for good. I am a puppy, so I have a lot to learn, but I am an excellent student. I am a very good listener and I am eager to please. I am also a good follower and like to mimic my foster brothers. I don’t have perfect manners yet, but they are pretty darn good! I am a polite eater and treat-taker, but I do jump when I get really excited.
My perfect forever home would allow me to have lots of playtime. I am good at napping while my foster parents are at work, but I love to explore! It would be fun to have a bully brother or sister to hang out with, but if the humans will play and let me sit on the couch with them, I will be happy. Ample tummy and tush rubs are a must!
