Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Romeo is a calm, amiable Bernese Mountain Dog whose family no longer had the time to devote to him; he lived with them for two years but we don’t know how many other homes he has passed through in his life. Next time, his family must commit to him forever. Since Romeo arrived a little overweight and with some bald patches on his thighs, blood tests were done and revealed that he has a thyroid problem. This can be controlled quite easily with medication. Even though he is quiet and relaxed, he does require daily walks to strengthen his muscles and the exercise will also help him to lose a few pounds. He does not need to be chasing balls and catching Frisbees but he must be exercised. Romeo knows what it takes to be part of a family; he is a wonderful, forgiving boy who is ready to put one paw in front of the other and start again. If you feel that you can give Romeo his true forever home, please fill in the Adoption Form.
