Daisy *PENDING ADOPTION*'s Story...
Hi, I’m Daisy!
My sister and I were pulled from Calhoun County Animal Control right before euthanasia day. Daphne has been adopted and now it is my turn. I am a very sweet girl and can be a little timid at first. But overall, I just want your approval. I am UTD on vaccines, spayed and on heartworm preventative. As of January 2013, I am a little less than a year old. If you can give me the home I’m looking for please complete a nonbinding adoption application found under the Forms tab of our website www.savinggraceanimalrescue.com. Once it is received and processed, a SGAR representative will contact you shortly!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy *PENDING ADOPTION*, a Birmingham English Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Pointer for sale in Birmingham, or seeking a English Pointer dog from a breeder in Birmingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Birmingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Birmingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Pointer breeders who help with English Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Birmingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
