I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Buttercup's Story...
I am simply crazy about my little Buttercup!

She looks like a blend of a Shiba Inu and a Corgi, but I cannot really tell what she might be – which is all the more reason I love her: she is a unique little rascal!

Buttercup is a very well behaved, gentle, and mellow little girl.

She is about 8 months old and weighs just about 20 pounds.

Buttercup is completely house trained, almost never, ever barks, doesn’t dig in the yard, and won’t chew your shoes!

She is so gentle that she’d be a perfect family pet – she is the kind of little girl who reminds me of the puppies we adopted when I was a little girl -- she is an all-around perfect buddy!

Buttercup is great with other dogs and gentle as a lamb with kids.

She is, of course, spayed, up to date on all of her shots, and wonderfully healthy and happy.

If you would like to meet pretty Buttercup and the rest of my wonderful critters for adoptions, please email dsollohub@ffres.com or call 858-391-1037

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buttercup, a Poway Corgi/Shiba Inu puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Shiba Inu for sale in Poway, or seeking a Corgi/Shiba Inu puppy from a breeder in Poway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Poway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Poway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Shiba Inu breeders who help with Corgi/Shiba Inu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Poway paves the way for another one to be saved.
