Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Spartacus is a "Gentle Ben": a face like a lion and the heart of a bear. We think he may be a Retriever, with his deep red coat, curled tail and gorgeous full mane, about 5 yrs. old. He knows all his commands and is loving and easy-going. He gets along with 3 cats and a high-energy dog in his foster home. Sparty loves to be loved; he just leans into you for petting and sits calmly. He does this even with new people, quite trusting. He knocks at the door to go in and out. No accidents in the house. He masters new things quickly, like climbing stairs. He does have a chewing need, so strong Nyla bones are suggested. He usually stays in the yard without being fenced and comes right back when called. He's quiet except when our watch dog barks, then he joins in. Sparty enjoys people and social gatherings and everyone adores him wherever he goes. You won't be disappointed to share this guy's company. Such a love!
