Brownie's Info...

Brownie's Story...
Brownie is a 4 week old male Abyssinian guinea pig. His owners had bought what they though were two female guinea pigs. Well, turns out they were wrong about one of them and ended up with a litter of guineas. They were able to keep the two females, but they didn't have the money to neuter another guinea pig after getting the father fixed. Brownie's adoption fee is $20. He will only be adopted out to a family with another male guinea pig to be his companion. If you are interested in adopting Brownie, please go to hoperanch.weebly.com and fill out an adoption application request.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brownie, a Orlando Guinea Pig was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Guinea Pig for sale in Orlando, or seeking a Guinea Pig from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Guinea Pig breeders who help with Guinea Pig rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
