My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Herky is a strong and stunningly handsome young dog. He is super affectionate and often thinks he can be a lap dog. He is very friendly and enjoys meeting new people. He loves to run and play and is terrific on the trail if you like to hike. He also really enjoys car rides! He loves to play with other dogs and will romp and wrestle with the big ones and play gently with the smaller dogs. Herky has very good house manners. He is crate-trained and housebroken. He will be happiest with a couple of good walks or playtime daily. Herky is quiet in his kennel. He sits nicely when it’s time to go out for a walk or playtime. Even if the other dogs are barking and jumping he pays them no mind and waits patiently for his turn. Now if he gets bored, he has been known to play hockey with his food bowl! He is quite talented and will probably have a blast with a soccer ball in his new backyard. Herky weighs 57 lbs. and is 18 months old. He has been neutered. He is up to date on all of his shots and is microchipped. He has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
