Sammie's Info...

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Sammie's Story...
Meet sweet Sammie, she is a wonderful little girl looking for that special family. Sammie is paralyzed in the hindlegs and will need a special family willing to provide proper care for her. She is so happy still and enjoys lots of attention; once she has her wheels she will be on the go.
My adoption fee is $250, and includes two in-home training sessions with our certified dog trainer from Ahead of the Pack dog training.
If you are interested in meeting me, please visit our website to fill out an adoption application at www.familyadditiondogrescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sammie, a Charlotte Papillon/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Papillon/Dachshund for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Papillon/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Papillon/Dachshund breeders who help with Papillon/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
