My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Bella. I am only about 6 months old and 8 lbs. My foster mom says I am a sweet little puppy girl. I love to be with my foster mom. I want to play with the other dogs in her house, but they really do not want to play. My foster mom says I am good with other dogs and fine with the cats in her house (even though they are twice my size). I am looking for my furever home. My foster mom says I deserve it. I have been bounced around A LOT.
I was bought by my first family. They had 4 children and then they lost their home and ended up in an apartment. It was too much for they to have me and 4 children in an apartment. Then the lady of the house found me a home with one of her co-workers. Then I was given to that person’s cousin. Then the cousin found out that she could not keep me as the landlord did not allow dogs. They were going to just put me out. The 20 year old in the house then talked a friend of hers into taking me. That lady knew she could not have dogs in her apartment, but would not let me just be thrown out on the street. She took me in and said that she contacted as many rescue groups as she could find (and prayed that someone could take her before the landlord found out). One of the places she contacted was Chicagoland Dog Rescue. One of their volunteers came out to meet me. Then the next day she can and picked me up to go to her house. She is now my foster mom.
Right now I am laying in her lap as she sits at the computer typing. She said that she is going to find me a home that I can STAY at. I really want to find a home that I can stay and just be loved. I am very cuddly and sweet. I also like to play (especially with the ball that my foster mom gave me.
If you think that you are the right person for me to come and live with and be loved forever, contact Chicagoland Dog Rescue. I really want to find my BFF (Best Friends Forever).
