My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Isabella, a beautiful senior golden girl that will touch your heart. She's approximately 12 years young. Isabella was left behind by her family when they moved so she's looking for that elusive forever family that will see her through her senior years with lots of love and affection. She's will return your love with every ounce of her being. Isabella is quite the hit with her foster family and gets along just fine with the other dogs in the house. She is housetrained and loves lounging on the orthopedic dog bed in front of the heater while you watch TV in the evenings. Isabella does great while her foster family is away at work and she actually handles the stairs in her foster home quite well.

As is typical of older female goldens she has just a bit of an independent streak and fully expects to be spoiled. Right now her meals magically appear at her beside morning and night.

If you've never adopted a senior golden let me tell you it's the most rewarding experience. These golden oldies fit into any situation with ease and are as easy as pie to care for. Isabella is the perfect house guest but she would really prefer to have a castle she can call her own so she can truly exercise her "princess" personality.
