This is Sasha, a beautiful 5 year old girl. Sasha has been left outside her entire life, tied up and bred repeatedly. This is her time to finally have a real family and sleep on the couch! We will post more as we get to know this sweet girl..............................If you are interested in meeting Sasha and providing a loving, forever home, please complete an adoption application at http://www.northwestgermanshepherd.org. The adoption donation ranges from $150 to $550 and is based on the age of the dog. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care, and adoption of our dogs. Adoption fees may be tax deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) organization. Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations and are microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sasha, a Mill Creek German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Mill Creek, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Mill Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mill Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mill Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mill Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
