found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed and up to date with shots.
Look at the head on this beautiful baby girl! Can you imagine how magnificent she will look when she grows up? Already she has the Maine Coon ear tufts and the big neck ruff. I love how her greenish eye color is set off by her white eyeliner and the colors of her fur. At 6 to 7 months she is already showing her Maine Coon size, and you can see how large her feet are.. Her legs are banded, her back shows a full thick coat . It does not yet show clearly the stripes that l will probably develop there. She is called a tabby and white because of the white area around her mouth. Her nose has" Brick nose leather" a perfect color with all the rest of the colors on her face. She is a beauty.
Katie was either lost or abandoned. At any rate she was hungry and outside when found by a cat rescuer. She was both scared and also so desirous of human attention. ( please help me!!!!) She relaxes when you pet her and loves attention but is jumpy at sounds and movements. It makes sense that she was scared to be all alone outside at such a young age. She had no fleas on her so either it was due to the cold weather or she hadn't been out long.We have only had her a couple weeks and she has settled in nicely and will do so even more as her fears subside. Her playful side is coming out now. In a few weeks she will be the play monster she was born to be and will be keeping us all in stitches I am sure. Maine Coons are mischievous, intelligent and very entertaining. They make great family cats.
Rescued cats are the most grateful and she will love her new humans forever. We think she will be fine with other friendly cats. We got her spayed and combo tested ( negative) and of course she is microchipped and vaccinated ,wormed etc.
She eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect.
Her foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
