**Update** (12/31/13) Toby is extremely affectionate. He wants to be held, snuggled, and carried around constantly. His foster mom took him to her family Christmas party and he went from lap to lap the entire time. Toby loves everyone he meets. He is calm and easy going. He would make the perfect lap dog for someone. (11/25/13) Toby is a little 10 year old chi man who was dumped at a shelter by his family. He is so sweet and just loves attention. Toby was following the shelter staff around just so he could be held. He is good with other dogs and only weighs 8 lbs. Toby is being neutered this week and is UTD on his vaccinations.
