My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our very sweet big girl Layla hasn't had the best life it seems, we think she was probably just around to pop out babies. No More puppies for you Layla, just love and fun with your new family that is all that is in your future.

Layla is such a gentle and loving old soul. Her eyes are a window to many stories, some good and some bad. Obviously, Layla has been put through the wringer, but alas her true self shines and she is made of 14 karat gold; so precious and pure. Layla walks very well on the leash and easily mimicked my pace. She is very loving and enjoys her neck scratched.

Layla has a playful side to her as well; she demonstrated this upon our return to boarding and greeted one of the kennel workers, whom Layla seems to like very much. Layla is beautiful and definitely would enjoy someone who likes to take walks and have time left over to do some serious cuddling. She is a gorgeous girl who deserves to be treated like the belle of the ball! To learn more - www.azrescue.org.
