My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What can you say about a little dog that only weighs 5 lbs other than he is adorable. Buddy was surrendered to a kill shelter (can you imagine?) when his owner was too ill to care for him any longer. He is just a very endearing little guy that loves nothing more than to just sit in your lap.

This is not a dog for children and is a companion animal only. He is your typical purse pooch meaning that he is so small that you would have to carry him everywhere but he does like to go for short walks if you have time to walk that slowly. He is definitely a dog that would need clothing in winter weather or you can just tuck him inside your own coat.

Buddy gets along well with other pets but must be protected from being walked on or knocked over by larger dogs. He is good with cats and loves everyone. He is very affectionate and will follow you everywhere you go. He can be left on his own but really, who would want to leave this thing anywhere?
