Delilah's Story...
Delilah is one of the puppies that was set free at 8 weeks to live on her own with her siblings in South Carolina. Although we believe there were more (and we hope to find them!), she is one of the four lucky ones safe and sound in foster. This gorgeous girl is very sweet and a little shy at first, though she takes comfort in being with her siblings and being loved by her foster family. Of course we cannot be certain what her true mix is. She has beautiful coloring and a very nice temperament. Delilah is getting her shots, worming and spay. Full vetting and transport up north is included in her $450 adoption fee. If you would like to cuddle Delilah and make her your forever pup, please COPY AND PASTE THIS ON LINE APPLICATION TO YOUR BROWSER, http://members.petfinder.com/~CT243/sampleform.html.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Delilah, a Westport Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler for sale in Westport, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler puppy from a breeder in Westport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Westport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Westport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Westport paves the way for another one to be saved.
