Minnie's Story...

MINNIE is an adorable sweet beagle puppy that was abandoned by her owner. She was found tied to a fence in freezing temperatures, crying for someone to come back for her. She was terrified in the shelter, but is now safe and sound in a foster home in Maryland.

We are still getting to know her, but she is 7 months old and just 13 pounds. She will be getting her vaccinations and be spayed in the next week or so. Then she will be ready for a loving FOREVER home so she can feel safe and never be abandoned again.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Minnie, a Media Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Media, or seeking a Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Media.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Media already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Media breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Media paves the way for another one to be saved.
