Tootie's Story...
HI everyone, my name is Tootie and I was rescued without GRR even knowing they were getting me and my four sisters. Seems my mom and two other rabbits were turned over to Marion County Animal Services and well my mom charged them when they went to feed her which being pregnant and nobunny knowing that was understandable. Lucky for us GRR came and rescued mom or else us girls would not be alive today. Anyway we are all spayed and ready for our new homes. I am adorable, neat as a pin and love keeping my cage just as clean as any bunny could. I am a little hand shy and sometimes like to grunt and growl so best if I'm adopted by someone who has had a rabbit before.

** No Small Children

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tootie, a Williston Netherland Dwarf was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Netherland Dwarf for sale in Williston, or seeking a Netherland Dwarf from a breeder in Williston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Williston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Williston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Netherland Dwarf breeders who help with Netherland Dwarf rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Williston paves the way for another one to be saved.
