MEET JOVANA.....and a sweeter, happier, friendlier Lhasa Apso, you will not meet! Jovana is gold/white with black tips, 16 lbs, 4 yrs old and a sweetheart. Her coat is like plush hush puppies! She's a cuddler and a snuggler and loves to give kisses! Jovana seems to get along with some dogs in a very small setting, but she can be extremely assertive when she is on a walk or in large groups of dogs...or on leash. She is very curious and animated ... but she really would prefer to be the only dog in the home. One of her big flaws is she can be an escape artist....she just wants to see everything around her. She definitely needs training, as she does like to pull on the leash...but she is very smart and learns quickly. Now that she has been with us a little while, we believe that she needs to be in a home that will give her a lot of attention, make sure she gets training and one where she can be your one and only. She is not a yapper, in fact we haven't heard her bark, but we're sure she does! Jovana is the type of dog who will respond to love and attention. She does want to be with you...and she would likely be okay if you work from home or could take her with you...that would be her heart's desire! We're still learning more about her, but from what we've seen so far, she's a winner. She's even good with cats!! Jovana is available now and waiting for her forever home!!!
Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID

We currently hold our weekly adoption events every Sunday (unless we are doing a special event) at the WESTFIELD CENTURY CITY MALL located at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd., Century City, Los Angeles 90067. Enter off Santa Monica Blvd and park in the ORANGE section in the parking structure. Take the escalator up and follow the signage. We will be located near the Brooks Brothers (look for the purple tent in the Plaza between the two buildings) from 12 - 4PM
Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household....and do some fantastic shopping at the same time! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!
