Scooby's Story...
Scooby: 5 yr old blue male, neutered, docked tail and uncropped ears. 12", 12 lb. Fully vetted. Rescued from shelter.
"Hi. I am Scooby and I am looking for a forever home. I am a blue, 5 year old pin and I just arrived in NYC at my foster mom's house. Here is what she can tell you about me so far:"
Scooby is a sweet boy who loves to snuggle with his humans and play with toys. He seems good with kids and has already met a 1 year old, a 2 year old and a 5 year old this week and did well with all of them. He loves toys that squeak and make noise. He likes to hide them in the house and then go find them to run around with all over again. He is great in an apartment setting and is very quiet with the exception of a little crying when you leave for work. If you think he will be a great fit for you - it is hard not to fall in love with him- then email his foster mom with any questions at jennyimpsnyc@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scooby, a Syracuse Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Syracuse, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Syracuse.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Syracuse already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Syracuse breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Syracuse paves the way for another one to be saved.
