Abby's Story...
Abby-Gail or Abby for short is ridiculously cute and what a good puppy! She is only 10 months old and is playful, affectionate, and submissive. Just a doll - really! Poor Abby was found running the streets with no collar or ID and was turned into a police station who then turned her into the city kill shelter. She is just a greeeeat dog and so very puppy-like! She has lots of that puppy energy so if you like to go on long walks or maybe a little jog, Abby would be perfect for you. Abby is spayed, chipped and up to date with her vaccinations. For immediate consideration, please download our application from www.bobbicares.petfinder.org and email it to bobbicares2@aol.com. Thank you so much!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a Freeport Boxer/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Freeport, or seeking a Boxer/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Freeport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Freeport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Freeport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Boxer/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Freeport paves the way for another one to be saved.
