GATOR's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

If you have second thoughts about adopting a stray or abandoned dog/pup, please check out our 'Successful Adoptions Page' and see how many dogs we have already placed into loving homes.  Be sure to check out their happy endings under 'Happy Tails!'

Before 2nd Chance Dog Rescue places a dog in his/her furever home, the potential adopter is required to fill out an Adoption Consultation Application.  Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet and home check.  2nd Chance Dog Rescue will only adopt to families living in the Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale and Phoenix area, as long as it is within 50 miles of our rescue (Queen Creek).

Gator is such a sweet boy who found himself wandering the streets before a nice family picked him up and contacted 2nd Chance.   After searching for his owners with no luck we had this sweet boy neutered/fully vaccinated/micro-chipped and tested (all negative) for Heartworms/Tick and Lyme disease.

Gator is approx 18 months old, we aren't sure of his breed but he is a big boy (75 pds and tall). Gator is extremely smart, loves kids and gets along with other dogs, we aren't sure how he would be with cats.  The family that took Gator in said he seemed to be house broken and non destructive, although he is still a puppy and will require basic training.  If you would like to meet Gator please fill out an adoption consultation form and we will contact you after review.  Gator's adoption fee is $185.00
