Jean's Story...
Oh my looks like I ended up in animal control . I am five years old and just love to be petted. I was so good at pet adoptions. I trotted on the leash in and out of the store and acted like I was at home there. I went potty where I was told, so good chance I am housebroken. I got along just fine with kids and other dogs . I just did my thing and didn't seem to be affected one way or the other, even if they barked at me! I would be a wonderful companion for someone; I don't bark, jump up on you, or even pull on the leash. I am a winner. Please come see me soon. My view in here is pretty bad and I can't even look out of the window. Lincoln County Animal Services is located at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive (off Wilma Sigmon Rd) in Lincolnton. we are open 11 to 4:30 M-Sat. The adoption fee of $85 includes my spay , rabies, microchip and up date on vaccines. when you adopt I then go to vet to be spayed and you pick me up there. Thanks for looking at me, I'm sure hoping you find me worth a visit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jean, a Lincolnton Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
