Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lucky LeFo has not been a very Lucky dog, but he hopes he will be. Lucky's owner passed away. He spent almost a year in boarding trying to find a home. When that was unsuccessful, he was brought to our shelter. It seemed his luck had changed when he was immediately adopted by a young woman who really loved him, but today her landlord said, "no chows.", so she had to bring him back. Lucky is a senior, 9 years old, but he does not look it. He is well house trained. He is collie (most likely Aussie) and chow mix. Lucky likes children but not all men. He can also be dog selective. He can be protective of his owner. He would be a great pet for a single woman. He does not do well in an apartment because he cried in his crate when she was not at home (understandably, he has separation anxiety.)
