Neva is a female Labrador Retriever/Shepherd mix approximately 2 years in age. She is a nice, smaller sized Lab currently weighing 40 pounds. She is a bit underweight and should reach an ideal weight of 50 pounds. Neva is one of the sweetest, most kind hearted young dogs you will ever meet. She will put her head in your lap and stay still while you stroke her. She loves attention, the more the merrier. Neva is great with kids and other dogs. She is gentle and submissive, always trying to do the right thing and eager to please her people. Neva appears to be quite intelligent and can learn new commands with ease. She has a nice amount of energy for long walks, hikes, or play at the park, but she is not a hyper dog. She will just as easily go lay down in her doggie bed if you simply point at it. She picked that trick up within minutes. She's a smart girl! Neva loves to be indoors with her family above all else. She is a social dog and thrives on the company that a family can provide. This is not surprising given the circumstances in which Neva was found. She was found by a CHP officer after being dumped at a truck stop in a remote area, recently separated from her litter of puppies and starving. Neva deserves a better life and a warm, safe home. She promises to be a devoted, loving, wonderful dog. Neva is healthy and ready for her new forever home today!
Neva’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Neva is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Vince and is ready for her forever home.
